Hess Construction, Inc. began business in 1995 and has grown from just one backhoe to a fleet of equipment to accommodate most of your needs.  With over 30 years of experience behind us, we have spent considerable time working on difficult projects requiring creative, cost effective solutions.  Our projects have ranged from small residential projects, subdivision development, large scale commercial/industrial projects, and projects with municipal and industrial customers and the Federal Government.
